Deliveries

Renovation Box requires complete payment before goods are delivered or dispatched.
If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the order.

All orders take minimum 3-5 business days to process and dispatch. Please contact us if you need your items faster. We will try to arrange this.

 

Delivery Information

FREE Sydney metro delivery on orders over $500

For everything else please use our delivery calculator for shipping rates.

Delivery fees are based on single delivery only. Our team are happy to arrange multiple deliveries if needed for an additional fee.

PICKUPS are available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm. Please see details below or contact us for more information.

SA  :- Delivery Adelaide Metro Depot (Customer to collect from Depot)

REGIONAL Areas  :- Delivery will be to closest Regional Depot (Customer to collect from Depot)

We do not ship to to Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory or South Australia as yet. If you would like a quote for delivery to these regions, please contact us.

We can not guarantee delivery time frames and are at the discretion of freight companies we use.

Renovation Box reserves the right to use alternative arrangements in the event that courier company does not cover your area or are delayed.

 

Please ensure your goods are onsite and are checked for any damage before you book your trades.

Deliveries are carried out by our company driver or Capital Transport Services.
All deliveries are between 10am – 5pm

Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched.
For any amendments to delivery after the order is dispatched, please contact the courier company directly.

 

****Authority to Leave*****

You may request an authority to leave your goods, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

*****Transit Damage

All our deliveries include insurance. Please check deliveries within 48 hours for damages as we can not accept a damage claim outside of this timeframe 

Insurance is not included in the freight cost. If you wish to purchase additional freight insurance, please let us know and we will be pleased to assist you. 

 

 

***Renovation Box is not liable for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery of Goods, any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging of Goods, any damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receiving it.

 

PO Box

Please note that we do not deliver to a PO box address

 

Small Orders

Please note the weight is calculated as either gross weight or cubic weight, whichever is bigger.

If no one is home to receive delivery, the item will either be left in a secure location or a missed delivery card is left at the premises and the item is taken to the local Australia Post Office where it is held for up to 10 business days before being returned to sender. Please check with your local Post Office for confirmation.

 

Heavy & Fragile Items

If there is nobody at site to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.
All deliveries are unloaded at Kerbside for safety reasons. Deliveries will not be taken inside the property or up any steps. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
 
Items will not be taken off the pallet, and pallets will only be delivered to ground floor for all deliveries.

Bulky items are sent on a pallet to either a home address or a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to assist with pallet unloading at residential and business addresses.

 

Remote locations and Interstate Deliveries

Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot or hub. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

 

PICKUPS

We offer a pickup option at checkout for NSW customers. Please allow 5 business days for pickups. We will notify you once your order is ready.

For urgent pick ups please contact us. We will check availability of item and try to arrange pickup within 3 days of order.

We inspect all goods upon handing over goods and Renovation Box is not responsible for any claims for damaged products once goods have been picked up. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receiving.

Please ensure you have the correct size vehicle to collect your order. We will not accept any liability upon loading vehicles.
