These Terms are included into and form part of any contract (‘the Contract') between Renovation Box and the Customer for the provision of Goods by Renovation Box unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Our website and the content on our website are subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. These rights are owned by or licensed to Renovation Box.

Renovation Box reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. We aim to make our descriptions as complete as possible but if you still have any questions prior to purchase, please contact us.

 

OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately describe all of the products on our website, and we rely on information provided by our suppliers. Unfortunately, our website may contain errors on occasion, and we reserve the right to amend any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have submitted an order.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices quoted in writing by an Renovation sales representative are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless the products in the quote are subject to a limited-time special offer.

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. All prices are inclusive of GST. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken.We accept Visa or Mastercard payments via our secure online portal and other card types via Paypal. 

Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Whilst we use the latest  technology and PayPal's Payflow secure payment channel, we will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) you may experience if your credit card is fraudulently used or used in an unauthorised manner by a third party.

Before finishing the checkout process, please double-check that the quantities and colour choices of products in your cart are correct, and that all your information, including payment and delivery details are correct. 

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund.

If you have a discount code, you will be prompted to enter the code at checkout, and this will generate a discount from your cart value or add an incentive.

RETURN OF GOODS
All pictures and images of goods displayed online are only for illustrative purpose. Sizes, colour and dimensions of goods may differ in real life. It will be assumed you have read any written description of the goods before placing your order.

Goods supplied by Renovation Box come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Customer is also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

AVAILABILITY
Stock levels represented on our website are subject to change without notice.

An unpaid quote or invoice is not a confirmation that your product will be in stock at the time of paying for your order.

If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you via phone, email or using the information you supplied during the checkout process to alter, cancel, or place your order on backorder as per your agreement.

 

DISCOUNT/PROMO CODES
You may use Discount/Promo Codes as payment for certain products on our website. Discount/Promo codes are offered through our sales team, or via promotional activities

1. Discount/Promo Codes are valid only for the specified period stated on them and can only be redeemed in accordance with any special terms stated on them.
2. In most cases, only one Discount/Promo Code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
3. Certain products may be excluded from Discount/Promo Code promotions, and unless specifically stated are not applicable to shipping costs.
4. Discount/Promo Codes cannot be redeemed for cash, Out of Stock, or Sale Items.
5. If you place an order for a product less than the value of a Discount/Promo Code, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
6. If the credit of a Discount/Promo Code is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means.
7. Where you return an item purchased with a Discount/Promo Code, we will only refund the final price you paid for that item.
8. We actively monitor misuse of Discount/Promo Codes and reserve the right to deactivate Discount/Promo Codes or block any person that is not using a Discount/Promo Code in accordance with its terms.
9. Total discount of Discount/Promo Codes are applied equally over each individual item on an order and are not to be redeemed for cash or a refund.

We reserve the right to amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, therefore we recommend that you review them every time you want to buy something from us, even if you are a regular customer.

You must not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, whether in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, these Terms and Conditions take effect (where possible) as if they did not include that provision.

Any failure by a party to insist upon strict performance by the other of any provision in these Terms and Conditions will not be taken to be a waiver of any existing or future rights in relation to the provision.
